N.C. Schmidt GmbH was founded as Liner-/ and Port Agency in 1983 and since that time the activities have been expanded continuously.

Besides these roots N.C. Schmidt GmbH has become over the years a specialized broker for the transport of Project-/ and Heavy Lift Cargoes.

Due to our excellent contacts and close co-operations with practically all leading carriers involved in Project-/ and Heavy Lift Shipping, we are able to offer an independent market scan at competitive terms.

For coastal project requirements we are regularly arranging tailor made transports by using gearless tonnage in combination with shore-, mobile-, or floating crane facilities.
